This week, I will be releasing both C# and VB.NET implementations of a NEURAL NETWORK MULTILAYER FEEDFORWARD BACKPROPAGATION ALGORITHM VERSION WITH - OPEN SOURCE CODE LICENSING.

Gislab:

You could simply learn Visual Basic .NET. It is more object oriented and modern than classical VB6 and the learning curve is not that steep?
